SimR Data Insights: Transforming Engineering Data for AI-Driven Development

SimR

Rogers Centre: Canada Hall I&II Tuesday, 15 July, 15:15 - 16:45

Abstract: This presentation introduces SimR Data Insights, a specialized platform bridging traditional engineering workflows with modern AI applications. Unlike general PLM systems, our solution addresses unique simulation and test data challenges for hardware teams. Learn how we transform previously inaccessible engineering data into AI-ready formats, enabling machine learning initiatives and automated design decisions. We'll demonstrate unified collaboration between mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and data scientists through real workflows that provide traceability, repeatability, and on-demand data generation - reducing decision cycle times and accelerating AI-driven product development.

The second part of our workshop is for engineers running large EM workloads with wideband sweeps, multi-variant design studies, or 3D full-wave field solvers - who want to scale in the cloud without losing control of their tools or environments. Learn how to automate runs in large parallel clusters that can be configured and scaled easily on a web-based platform, and visualize results using familiar solvers like HFSS and COMSOL. We will walk through real examples of cloud-based simulation workflows that eliminate scheduling bottlenecks, reduce wait times, and simplify user access and security with no custom scripting or IT rework required.
