IEEE AP-S/URSI 2025 Registration

Official Registration Confirmation Invitation Letter

An Official Registration Confirmation and Invitation document is available to anyone who registers for the conference, and whose registration payment has been received. This is a PDF file on conference letterhead, electronically signed by the conference chair and conference organizer. This is in addition to official acceptance/invitation letters that were previously made available through the symposium website as explained in the paper acceptance emails.

If you would like an invitation confirming registration on IEEE AP-S/URSI 2025 letterhead (for visa or other purposes), you may request such a letter by clicking on the link below. Invitation Letters will be sent by email at no cost.

Non-Presented Paper (No Show) Policy

IEEE AP-S/URSI 2025 enforces a "no show" policy. Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author or qualified proxy attend and present the paper at the conference. Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program who do not attend and present at the conference will be added to a "No Show List," compiled by the Society. The "no show" papers will not be published by IEEE on IEEE Xplore® or other public access forums, but these papers will be distributed as part of the on-site electronic proceedings and the copyright of these papers will belong to the IEEE.

Exceptions to this policy will be made by the Technical Program Co-chairs of the conference only if there is evidence that the no show occurred because of unanticipated events beyond the control of the authors, and every option available to the authors to present the paper was exhausted. The no show authors may appeal the decision of the Technical Program Co-chairs.

Payment Details

  • You may pay your registration fee by credit card, wire/bank transfer, or check.
  • Payment by cash will be only accepted on-site (during conference dates).
  • Registration payments must be completed before the end of the selected registration deadline; if the payment is not submitted by the deadline for the fee applicable, the outstanding amount will be changed to the one that corresponds to the next registration period.

For questions about registering, please contact Conference Management Services, Inc. at +1-979-846-6800 or by email to registration@2025.apsursi.org.
